Free pressure washing estimate template
A fill-in estimate for pressure washing and soft washing jobs: driveways, decks, siding, fences, and more. Type it in on this page, then print it or save it as a PDF to send. The gray hints in each line are only suggestions and don't print.
Nothing leaves your device. Everything you type into the estimate stays in this browser tab. It isn't uploaded, saved, or sent anywhere, so refreshing or closing the page clears it. Save as PDF before you close it.
What a pressure washing estimate should spell out
Two quotes for "wash the house and driveway" can mean very different jobs. Writing down the surfaces, the method, and what you can't promise keeps the comparison fair and heads off arguments afterward. A few habits help:
- One line per surface. Put the driveway, walkways, patio, deck, fence, and siding on separate lines, so the customer can drop one without a full re-quote.
- How you priced it. Say whether a line is by the square foot, by the linear foot (fences, gutters), or a flat price, and give the measured size you priced from.
- Method for each surface. Say whether it's a pressure wash or a low-pressure soft wash with cleaning solution, especially for siding, roofs, painted wood, and screens.
- Stains you can't promise. Rust, oil, paint, hard-water marks, and old mildew shadows may lighten without coming out fully. If stain treatment is extra, give it its own line.
- Existing damage and weak spots. Note chalky or peeling paint, loose mortar or caulk, failing window seals, and soft deck boards before you start, and say how you'll handle them.
- Water, plants, and runoff. Say whether you use the customer's outdoor spigot, how you'll protect plants and outlets, and how wash water is handled. Some cities restrict wash water and cleaning chemicals going into storm drains, so check your local rules.
- Add-ons, valid-until date, and payment terms. Sealing, gutter brightening, or a second visit go on their own lines. Then say how long the price holds and how you take payment.
For the longer walk-through (scope wording, exclusions, change orders, sign-off), see how to write a contractor estimate.
This is a general template, not legal or tax advice. Rules on contracts, sales tax on cleaning services, business licenses, and wash water discharge vary by state and city, so check what applies to you. Follow the label directions on any cleaning chemical you use.
